For speakers with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for 1 paper only.
Speakers presenting multiple papers may pay an additional full registration fee for each extra paper.

The category (early/late) of the registration fees are determined by the date the payment is made, not the date of registration.
The food and beverage cost is NET 15400 HUF from the registration fee.
Information about the NET and GROSS fee:
According to the Hungarian tax regulations in force, 27% VAT should be paid for those who are not in possession of a European VAT No. Please provide your EU VAT number during registration to avoid extra charges.
For all other participants, including Hungarian residents, the GROSS fee including 27% VAT must be charged.

Successful online registration will be acknowledged by a notification via e-mail. The official confirmation of your registration will be sent after receiving your payment.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via fax or email. Cancellations received before 25 April 2016 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 25 April 2016 but delegate substitution is permitted.

Insurance and Liability
Insurance is not included in the registration fee. The Organizer does not assume any liability whatsoever for theft, damaged or missing equipment, or any consequential damage or injury resulting thereof. It is at the participant’s own risk to leave goods, valuables – including light, portable exhibits – unattended on the conference area. Congress Ltd.’s liability for personal injury or damage to property shall exclude every case resulting from intent and/or default of the guest/participant, as well as any consequence of force majeure beyond the control of Congress Ltd.
